Yeah I wonder how they are going to run the plot without him. I mean the whole premise was about a terrorist ... so we shall see. Its it doesn't keep my interest, then I'll just stop recording it.

I just need to get through today. I'm not overeating by any stretch. I just want to pick. I'm bored silly at work and I just want to pick. Eat the nuts, eat the apple, eat the banana. It's not like I have "bad" foods to eat. But I just want to eat!!! Why is it that in my mind, quiting smoking was so much easier? Ya just don't smoke!!

I needed to read this again today. I'm struggling. I'm thinking I can't do this and all I want to do is consume sugar. I know the bright side is that I don't want to smoke, but I still have the thought process of.... I'm not smoking, I can eat whatever I want, how ever much I want and I CAN'T do that any more!! Embrace the suck and one day at a time...Right guys?

I don't ever remember Marlboro Light 100's having coupons!!! Oh Wait.. They did on the pack for a while. Yeah.. I saved em. I can't imagine getting coupons in the mail now!!

I did my typical three walks today. Monday I start on 4 walks and about a 10th of a mile longer!
