I just went to an online counter to type in my info and see how many cigarettes I could add to the bonfire thread. Yesterday was 100 days of no smoking :) 101 days today. I'm into triple digits now. I'm also into a bigger pant size.....but someone said "fat cells are easier to lose than cancer cells". Kinda puts my moaning about pants into perspective.

You can do this. Be kind to your body though. My hubby was not a runner until he quit smoking over a year and a half ago. Now he's trying to break his 5k in 20 min time. Now that the nice weather is here, I don't smoke, I have new running shoes......maybe....maybe ....I'll join him. But I won't be doing 5k in 20min.

They pop right back out....but sealed in a airtight bag with a large skull and cross bones on it. I insert a thesaurus.

Wow!! I just remembered that the first time I participated in a 'bonfire' I threw in my little teeny amount of 40 cigarettes. About 2 1/2 days worth. I read the thousands that others threw in and I felt so small. But day by day.....my 20 cigarettes a day have added up!! Here's my 2020
