  1. Hang tough,you can do it! There is nothing more important than your health! Change your lifestyle by going for long walks or joining a club. There will come a time when you will look at smokers and shake your head anad be thankful you are no longer part of that awful habit ! :)
  2. Every second you don't smoke is good. Keep your spirits up ( your body is thanking you! ) Go for a nice walk in the fresh air and be proud! :)
  3. Congrats ! the first week an be tough. What helped me was getting ouside and going for long walks. It makes feel good physicaly and mentaly. I can quit so can you ! :)
  4. Well it looks like you have turned the page and that your will is stronger than your temptation! Good for you for making the right choice ! :)
