    Me too!!!
  11. Lace, I can't speak for the lozenges as I've never used them. I used the patches for 2 weeks and it was enough to get me over the hump of not smoking. I used them night and day for 2 days and didn't like the way they made me feel so I put one on in the morning and took it off before I went to bed on the 3rd day. I don't remember any nightmares but that could be because I didn't wear them at night. Good luck to your friend!

  24. Welcome Matthew! You have received some great advice above. Just remember NOPE (Not One Puff Ever) just for today or an hour if need be. You can do this!!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
