  8. Evelyn, my sleep patterns were off at the beginning of my quit. I fell asleep when going to bed but would wake up all hours of the night and would be wide awake. I would read a book till I got sleepy again. It took a while for things to even out.

  11. I sure hope you are feeling better, Doreen. I had this about a month ago - never had a sore throat like this one! Bad! Mine turned into a sinus infection. I think the best medicine is drinking water and lots of it along with rest. Hugs to you!
