  1. I walked outside today for about 3 miles felt nice to get outside ...what is everyone else Doing? Lisa
  2. I ran for 1.5 miles on the treadmill and finished it off on an incline working out a total of 46 minutes what is everyone else doing? Plugging away at my goals...thinking of going snowshoeing again on Sunday Lisa

  5. I walked on the treadmill on an incline for 45 minutes then 10 minutes of shoveling snow. What is everyone else doing today? Everyone meeting their personal goals? We got this!!! And good luck on training for the iron man, Sarge, I have no doubt that you can do it. Lisa
  6. I shoveled lots of snow multiple times today does that count as a workout? Other than that called in worm cause roads were crappy as it was a blizzard for most of the day we have 9 inches so far. It slowed down a bit now but they are calling for it to go until midnight. Lisa

Me too on the wine and snacks....like you I was not a big drinker previously and then I found the wine for hummingbirds (pink moscato) and Henry's Orange well you know with that comes snacks and lack of control...I put 50 of the 80 lbs lost back on....sigh...now my 25th wedding anni is coming up and I wanted to be back down hence the HMR diet...its working and it does and did help me reset my brain in I know when I go into the phase II of the diet, I will focus on a better diet and more portion control as before...also will limit my alcohol intake also as that is one of the problems. I have a time limit over my goal weight as to how long I am going to be on this even if I do not reach my goal weight by March/mid April I will transition then as I feel I will be ready to be focused on my changes by then. 25 down 25 to go Lisa
  8. Walked 4.2 miles outside instead of snowshoeing I lost 23.5 lbs since Dec 7th only 30lbs more to go....then I will never do an HMR diet again I vow to eat as healthy as I can and monitor my portions and track all my foods when I am done Lisa
  9. Walked 3 miles outside today thinking about going snowshoeing again tomorrow Lisa

  11. Went for a walk outside for 3 miles nice and relaxing to be under the sun even though it is a bit cold. Going to go snowshoeing this weekend and walk cody one day also. It is going to be warmer out. What Is everyone else doing? Keep moving forward Lisa
  12. Ran 1.25 mile on the treadmill then walked on an incline the rest of the time ...21.5 lbs so far. 35 more to go. How's things with everyone else?

  14. Did not truly work out today but did shovel for 20 minutes if that counts lol
  15. Did an hour on the treadmill today....hopefully I can keep up my exercise mojo when the semester starts....school sucks the life and the time outta me.

  17. Ick it's snowing out over the rain and ice we had and now I have to go to work sigh....glad my husband is driving me.
  18. Took cody for a 4 mile walk since it was up to 35 degrees today....so far so good
  19. Got my but on threadmill....ran a mile and did the rest of time walking on an incline for a total of 45 minutes. Did some lunges and squats. What Is everyone else up to Lisa

I ran a mile today on the treadmill...than I walked on an incline for the rest of the workout, did some squats and lunges and I bought a exercise ball so I did some crunches on that which eases the pressure on the back. 1 mile run for two more days than up to 1.25 for three days.. I got this! ??????? What's everyone else Doing? Lisa
