Frez, Remember how bad the first two weeks were do you REALLY want to go through that again? Plus you just started running a year ago something you never were able to do, do you really want to give that up? Remember the reasons you quit for yourself, for your husband because he stated that if I started he would start and I definitely would not want that. Nothing is bad enough to want a cigarette if you can make it through the winter of 2013/2014 with all that has happened, the family members I have lost, the pets that I have lost this winter without a cigarette nothing and I mean nothing is bad enough to smoke EVER. Dont be stupid Frez and dont smoke.

Ran 3.5 miles today then worked out on the nautilus machines at work, did some squats did some lunges did some lateral rows :)

omg I almost choked on my snickers bar Baffled.....too funny maybe we can move in together and just be bitchy and yell at the younguns to get off our lawn!!! lol that is true and so me also I am less about pleasing everyone and more about screw it I am going do what I want!!! lol Ah the joys of aging, hopefully it will slow down otherwise I will be the crotchety old lady in the nursing home yelling at everyone.......

I have the same issue with volume on netflix on my tv not sure how to fix that maybe the ones who have had it longer can help I dont have the picture problem wish I can help but am interested if anyone knows how to fix the volume issue, this isnt a problem when I watch on my tablet or my puter just the tv

I just copy and paste my photos usually from my facebook
