i have a kindle fire and a samsung android tablet wit 10.1 screen love them both

rode my recumbent bike for an hour did some squats and lunges and other stuff glad I got it done cause I was trying to talk myself out of it lol

I feel that anyone can call themselves whatever they want just let everyone know what you want to be called :) I personally never liked Pharte but do not hold it against anyone who wants to be called old or young pharte.......to be honest I am not stuck on names of such as long as I dont smoke that is the important part.......so I call myself a nonsmoker :) to each their own.......its all good

I love dogs they are better than cats :P hehe just had to say it lol I love the loyalty and the unconditional love I always feel with the cats I have at least the love is conditional on when they feel like it or want it on their terms only lol :)

I love it here too and totally feel more comfortable posting without worry it is nice. It feels like a fresh start. The other place was starting to make my anxiety go up everytime I logged in and now that I forgot my password I cant log in which keeps me away from there even more. :)

Ran 4.1 miles, used the nautilus machines at work did some squats, lunges, other weight exercises plus a personal accomplishment I cant think of what it is called but I was never able to do it before the gym was empty so I went for it it is called a vertical knee raise machine where you hang there basically and bring your knees up I can do it with ease now I was surprised :) edited for spelling and other errors that was bothering me when I reread it lol

I'm sitting here waiting for my appointment just a check up and I smell stale smoke ick

People are gonna think I am weird but we had asparagus growing here for the longest time did our best to get rid of it mowed over it, whatever until hubs' aunt told us she would come and harvest the asparagus and to let it grow for her so we let it grow for her sometimes she would not get here in time and it would grow big and seed.....we finally were able to get rid of it a few years ago...I dont like asparagus as you can tell lol

normally this can go in main or in celebrations but it is all good just happy for you
