  1. I am finally here whatever weird issues I was having last night to get on here resolved itself over the day? The funny thing was I was worried I couldnt see what todays ab challenge was before the day was over lol need to print that out lol :D
  2. Day 2 down easy peasy......gonna go for a run outside in a bit. I can see the planks will get harder for me as it goes along but thats cause it has been awhile since I have done them
  3. I can assure everyone here because I am sure everyone is concerned My cooter is squeaky clean......still gonna wear flip flops :P

  5. K I did day one but couldnt remember how many reps so I did a plank for 20s and 15 each of the rest lol tomorrow should be easy then for day 2 lol added some girly push ups, and bridges to the mix along with squats
  6. It is getting warmer out pretty soon I can break out my FLIP FLOPS!! :) (just for bakon) maybe I will buy some new pairs of course I will, next week I will be getting my new trailer. Cleaned out my pop up today to be ready for trading it in. I cant wait for my vaca in may I will be camping!!!!!

I didnt run the chilly chippewa (didnt feel driving 20 miles to the race and felt like sleeping in) but I did run 3.75 miles with cody locally feel much better about that because it felt like my time, plus I can tell I haven't run in 2 weeks my legs feel worn out lol cody is laying in the sun in the kitchen. I wore him out. lol

Running outside a lot, riding my bike on the bike trail and wait for it.........going camping in my new trailer that not wasting money on cigarettes have bought me(that is how I justify buying the camper/trailer is that I have extra money every month why not spend some of it on something fun :) )oh yeah sitting outside on my deck, fires in my backyard........not having to wear 20 layers to go outside etc.

I typically dont do these challenges because I dont know I just do my own thing with my workouts.......I would have to think about it, I normally do not do crunches or sit ups occasionally do planks I do a squats different versions of them along with a simple upper body workout, maybe I will add this challenge to it, I will think about it and get back to you.
  13. Did some interval type exercise today for 50 minutes......2 min walking on a 15% incline at 3.5 mph and 2 min running at 5.3 mph on a 2% incline. I have ait on Saturday I havent run outside (or on treadmill until today) for the past 2 weeks cause it has been flippin cold outside but it is suppose to warm up a bit in the next couple of days and be about 36 on saturday which would be fine to run in I just need to decide if I want to or not.....it is either run in the race or I will run closer to home but I am going to run outside on saturday either way.

  18. Welcome and Congrats!!!!! Dtink lots of water and crankiness could be low blood sugar related to body changes due to quitting (all good changes) so drink some juice also.......keep healthy snacks around and a few naughty ones as well ;) lol you got this keep on going!

  22. The fog or a feeling of oddness is normal especially in the beginning, it will get better drink juice to help your blood glucose levels and lots of water. Welcome and congrats on the best decision you have ever made you will not regret it :)
