Ran today 4.5 miles......feeling great.....at a good weight also essentially even through eating occasionally crappy still losing and maintaining my weight.....i am going to let you all in to my starting weight prior to hmr which was 217 lbs I finished with HMR in may at 160 am now 149 to 155 lbs. Keeping it within those limits which I am completely comfortable with. I will always fear gaining the weight back but will try to fight to remain where I am. How is everyone? Lisa
  2. Ran 4.5 miles yesterday after squats and stuff, walked the day before....i am down 4lbs since Monday. Not doing a damn thing except going to work today lol....its rainy and gloomy out so that's one reason. What Is up my people? Lisa

Well from Wednesday to Sunday my diet was for crap....i was at rock rally...was an awesome time but ate too much junk and drank too much ??????? lol but back at it yesterday with a 3 mile walk and today with a 4.3 mile run after my usual squats and such.....got brave and weighed myself today not too much damage only about 3 lbs which is not too bad all things considered. My goal by the end of week is to at least lose 2 of them. What is everyone up to today? Lisa

  7. Ran 4.5 miles today after squats and stuff...have my interview today a bit nervous....than I have to work 3 to 11......hows things here? I would like that glass of wine right now @Doreensfree lol might help with my interview lol Lisa
  8. After a crap day yesterday I rocked out a 7 mile run...did not do squats yet today but still might later...making it better day today no matter what...how's things? Lisa
  9. I ran yesterday 4.25 miles after squats planning on a bike ride today if the weather cooperates. Hopefully in a couple hours. What is everyone up to? Lisa

I ran 6.25 miles after my usual squats....than sat in hot tub to relax my muscles....have to stop grazing so much on the weekends.....need to reign that in before it becomes detrimental to my weight. Not hurting me too bad so far but need to focus on only one day out of the weekend as a Free eating day instead of the whole weekend lol. What is everyone doing today? Lisa
  11. I rode my bike for 22 miles than proceeded to eat all night long lol....sigh being healthy is hard need to stop grazing on the weekends Lisa

  13. Rocked a 6 mile run today after squats, sumo squats, torso twists, and lunge twists. Next week I am going to add weights to my squats routine to challenge myself and build strength What Is up with everyone? Lisa
  14. Not doing any exercise today as it is rainy out and I need a exercise break soooo going to balance checkbook and pay bills yuck...than go to work later another yuck lol What Is everyone doing? Lisa

Ran today 5.25 miles after squats and such need to really reign my eating in...vacation has given me too many excuses to eat and drink bad.....going to the fair tonight to see cheap trick I have been eating healthy all day to hopefully counteract the crap I may eat tonight lol.....not that that works....I am back at work on Monday and I think I will start increasing my running miles next week going to try for 7 mile run hopefully by the end of week. We will see. What is everyone else doing? Lisa
  18. Just went for a couple of walks today, camping so mostly chilling....diets is for crap the last few days ??? oh well I am trying to be as healthy as possible but my excuse meter is high.... Lisa

  21. I was on vacation last week still walked even ran one day, my diet was crap but back on track this week....only gained 6 lbs but have already taken 3 of those off so all is good.   24. Ran 5 miles today after my usual strength workout...walked yesterday about 5 miles....had a weekend full of bad eating but did not do too much damage. What is everyone else doing? Lisa

Think I might take a break today...it is my running day but not really feeling it and my back hurts a little may just chill before work, maybe get a walk in but also may just get in the hot tub and say screw it....my back is hurting today for some reason. Will run tomorrow if I do not ride our bikes or both depending in how I feel Lisa
