  7. you know it happens you are almost through what we call hell week, onto to heck week then it keeps getting better from there, it might take a while or be quick it is all individualistic. Drink lots of water, eat some candy, if you exercise do that, go for a walk if you can, breathe deeply in and out kind of like yoga breathing, rhythmically. Drink some juice. IN short keep yourself busy as you can you have got this and you are strong look at how far you have come so far!!!! 18. Well another 42 mile bike ride in the books, I am happy that hubs is enjoying his bike and can ride it easily. We went to a state park rode around the campground then back home. Of course we take breaks every 5 miles so it is definitely a long ride about a five hour trip but well worth it IMO. of course not an every day kind of thing have to work sometime lol BTW I totally recommend padded bike shorts for anyone thinking about a long ride they work wonders

  20. I did 13,325 today so far......this includes when I am at work(do alot of walking there) I also rode 7.5 miles on the bike today
  21. I have been riding my bike mostly.....rode on sunday bout 40 miles then walked yesterday and today me and hubs rode 45 miles my but is sore but we both invested in some padded bike shorts they make a difference

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
