  13. Brilliant. You know that feeling you get when you wake up knowing you didn't cave yesterday? THAT feeling!! Harness it and remember it. It will help you during those dark moments. Whatever it takes, use all the tricks you can get.
  14. I did the same thing and it worked. I also called bulls**t on the self-induced thought drama dancing in my head...that worked better. Whatever it takes.
  15. There is no such thing as just one. The anxiety is going to pass.
  16. Remember this. The next time you have a bad day and think smoking will fix it, remember the awful feeling/thinking will pass and you'll feel great tomorrow.
