Welcome Cookie36! I'm sorry to hear of your loss. Many of us here have lost our parent to cancer. Read read read and watch the videos. The stickies have a wealth of good information and shared experiences. More information will give you more tools to use to overcome this addiction. Please keep in mind that the thought of quitting holds way too much power, more than is warranted. Just stay close to the Quit Train, post your questions, concerns, we have an SOS thread if it gets really bad....just know you have a team of folks willing to support you through the BEST decision you will have made for your health.
