Aine they will only be visible if you are using an apple product while viewing the site

click the button that looks like a picture on the second row of the editing thing that shows up when you click in the box to type. and paste the image link there

it took the option to create a new blog away from me so I am tell you by memory. I believe you click on blogs then click on all blogs then there is a button on the right above the blogs that says create new blog or something along those lines

Yup pretty sure I read a post from mq saying 100. Funny that it's an easy setting to change and they'd only let us have 10 or something before lol
