  1. I think i cant quit becuase i will always feel that the cigarretes relaxes me. I have that illussion

Guys ive been quiting every day last week on my own outside the forum. i couldnt getpast 1 day i very disapointed and im starting to get scared that ill be on the company of this poisin for the rest of my life. And its a sad end and a sad life. Help please and cant stop smoking for one reason or another Juan
