  1. Thanks Scott! Steve's cooking tonight. I've been cooking pretty much every day this week, so it's his turn, lol. Your dinner looks delicious! I could live off of brussel sprouts, hehe. I love them.

  4. The day is half over, but it's still a NOPE day for me. :)
  5. I don't know why I can't do the elliptical. My feet and legs always hurt too much for me to do long stretches on the machine. It might be because I have a lot of weight to lose still and the machine makes me put too much pressure on my ankles.
  6. - 30 minutes on the treadmill at 3.0 mph. I have only been able to do up to 2.5, but I really wanted to push myself today. - 20 minutes on the exercise bike. - 30 minutes of walking. - 20 minutes strength training. - 25 minutes of aerobics. - This is kind of embarrassing, but 4 minutes on the elliptical. It's a machine that really hurts me, so I have been trying to build up stamina every time I hit the gym.
  7. This was dinner last night. We decided to go to a Vietnamese restaurant. I ordered the Tonkin soup with chicken breast. Yum!

I appreciate everything you have done for me and for others here -- you are a wonderful person with an amazing quit and story. Your story really hits home for me because it reminds me so much of what my mom went through. Unfortunately, she never did quit like you. Thank you so much for being here. xx

  19. I forgot to post this last night, but this was dinner yesterday and lunch today. Sweet potato and chicken chili over basmati rice topped with a little mozza cheese:

  22. Mine doesn't look nearly as pretty, but here's my attempt at the parfait + jam Scott. It is so good! Kind of reminds me of tapioca pudding. I had to substitute apple juice with maple syrup though. I went to open my container of juice and it was all moldy. Yuck.
