  1. Just finished the second book about the street cat in London called Bob, if your an animal lover this is a must read, its about a recovering heroin addict who lives on the streets and a ginger tom called "Bob" its an amazing story of overcoming addiction, changing your life and the amazing connection between human and their pet. The first book is called A Street cat called Bob. I cried, laughed, understood, wanted to make a difference, got annoyed on their behalf and thoroughly enjoyed reading Jame's and Bob's journey. Also watched a film the other night, Pain and Gain! Mark Wahlberg and The Rock, fantastic film could not believe it was real LOL

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
