Last I remember Rachael was going in for tests at Hosp or waiting for results, Julie is as Marti says is loving and living life, Amy is still smoking as far as I know Would love to know if everyone is ok, we come here, we meet people who are in similar situations to us, we bond with them, and it would nice to catch up every now and know that everyone is ok xxx

Marti my son is still smoking and is a heavy smoker, ranging from cigarettes to roll ups, I really thought that watching him and seeing him smoke would be a trigger for me, but it only re enforces my quit in that he absolutely STINKS!! no other words to describe it but STINKY, and I ask myself every day how the hell could I not realise that I smelt like that, he is not ready to quit yet, and says he does't want to, I remember being 22 and thinking smoking would not harm me!! Some days are really bad and the thought of smoking overwhelms me but I stop and tell myself its only a thought and do I want to be back to that stage of smoking and wishing I didn't. Being almost at 6 months is amazing and I am not going to lose it for anything at all xx

Hate the feeling of waking up after a smoking dream and for that split second thinking OMG what have I done, just re affirms what we all already know smoking sucks xx

So happy he found his way home and he was so lucky someone like you found him first to return him to his owner, its amazing the effect that animals have on us, I honestly also believe animals know who has the biggest heart so this little fella knew you had a big heart and would look after him. Cry and let it all out, sometimes a damn good cry is what we really need, sending hugs and your doing great xx

Marti right behind you on this one, sometimes its still difficult and emotional and that makes it worse, but we are made of stronger stuff and we can kick the nicotines BIG BAD BUTT xxx

Hi Susana and welcome, the only thing that stops us quitting is ourselves, the fear of missing something, the addiction that has a hold of our brain and tells us, we cannot live without cigarettes, addiction is tough and hard, but it is us who allows the addiction to keep hold, I have been struggling for the last few weeks and I know I only have myself to blame, I am allowing the addiction to creep in, and everyday I push it back out again, I don't ever ever want to be a smoker again and am prepared to be strong on this, as you have to be too, jump in, no more dipping your toe in the water, we got you and we are here for you 100 % get your one way ticket and don't look back, looking forward to sharing your journey xx
