Hi Jenn! We love Jenn's, so you are very welcome here!! I'd recommend a book called The Easy Way to Quit Smoking by Allen Carr. Also there is lots of reading here about quitting. Start on the Quit Smoking Discussions page. We are all here to help each other so the support is great and we find that quitting can actually be fun. A few tough moments, but we help each other get through them.

I would have talked to you. Except that, I have officially become taxi driver to my kids. This job takes more patience than one might think - and I'm not even getting paid. :\ I actually have to pay. lol

So, I had just been transferred to a new position at a bank where I was working (about a million years ago). I had my own desk & stuff - a chair with wheels - Hit the big time! So a few days after promotion .... I pushed back away from my desk in my fancy new wheel chair and totally flipped backward. Totally fell out of the chair & the chair flipped over. HAHAHAHAHA!! We had about 20 people in that department and they all just looked at me like "WTF!!!!" One person was like, "Are you okay?" I was so embarrassed - but what do ya do? lol!!!
