Hey y'all!!! I'm still around and still smoke free! Loving being 4 years quit! It's been an extremely stressful year or so. Man! I will be back o catch up soon though!! Y'all are the bestest!!!! :)

I think I used shrinkmyphoto or something like that. Seems it takes a couple saves to get the right size.

I drank a lot of wine during my quit, and it enjoyed it very much. Even after way too much wine, I just told myself NOPE. There were a few times it was a bit tough after several glasses, but if you are resolved to stop you can do it!!! Hangovers aren't quite so bad without the smoke hangover that went with it. :) I loved eating salt and pepper pistachios with wine. The combo was so good and kept my hands and mouth smoke free.

I had Allen Carr's book too. Lots of wine and pistachios. Chips and Salsa. The Quit Train.

I'll have to think of my own dilemma for you all to put your two cents into. Hmmm.....

#1 I wonder if there are different areas you can save money. I like to spend money on good quality food whether it is dining out or dining in. Maybe have your drinks at home and skip them at the restaurant. That will save a lot. #2 You could get a job at Wal-Mart and watch all the crazy people.

I like Aveda tea. It melts in your mouth and no after taste. A lot of teas seem to me to have an after taste. Penguins are cool. God.

Hi QT Friends! We're going to be heading out to vacation in a couple days, so i won't be hanging out here on the train for a couple weeks or so. I will miss you madly and will be hoping that our new quitters will be rockin their quits! And as good ole Arnie said...... "I'll be back!" :)
