  4. My first New Year's alcohol free! It was pretty nice being sober, except I've been sick as a dog. Finally on the tail end of a killer cold - man this one kicked my ass! But at least I'm not hungover! Yay! I'm about 5 weeks away from my one year Sober-versary! Pretty cool! :) Looking forward to 2017!
  5. I'll never forget the day one of my co-workers walked into my office and the smell of smoke was so strong and it lingered in my office for few hours. ick!
  6. Nope! Hoping some newbies will join us in the new year. Or even today! :)

    5 Years :-)

AWESOME Jonny5!!! Congrats on not smoking and not drinking! I stopped drinking in February, and it has been just as awesome as quitting smoking! No more hangovers! It feels great! Great to see you too! You should swing by more often!
  12. Congrats on losing a few pounds! That is always a nice feeling. And treats like that to ourselves are great! I'm looking to get a French Press coffee system for Christmas. I'll need like a tea kettle to heat the water, a new French Press and a system to get rid of the grounds easily. I'm seriously excited about the French Press because it seems so much cleaner and fresher.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
