    Hello Everyone. New to the forum. Just made today my quit day. Smoked from 16 to age 40. Managed to quit for 10 years but then fell into vapes - moved to pouches and after 5 years in relapse want to get off the pouches. Hopefully, I’ve found a place that can help.
