Any advice will be helpful in these forums. Also, I have an addictive personality anything that looks good isn't but I feel like it's beyond my control so, I smoke. 7. My name is Joan was reading your article. I wanted to share a little about myself. I am originally smoke free for 10 years now. However, went back to smoking a couple of days ago. And just getting back on track. I have an addictive personality and I keep reaching for cigarettes occasionally. Wanted to know if there's any suggestions you may have for me as well to help me stay on the right path as quit free smoker. What are some tools that you can recommend and appreciate your time. Thank you.again.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
