  1. Good morning everyone! I'm 12 days into this quit. I'm happy but struggling. I believe I've committed to NOPE. I don't really WANT to vape or smoke, but the urge has been hitting me more and more in the past few days than it did at first, so I thought I'd better get some support. I know about neuropathways in the brain and that its just going to take time and that it will improve. I had a year nicotine-free twice in my life, darn it for going back to it. Anyway, I remember eventually I didn't even think about it anymore. But dang, it's uncomfortable. There's a feeling that something is missing. Or a trigger will come along where normally I'd vape, like driving, after a long meeting, before my shower...these are all triggers for me. Anyway, you all know the routine because you've gone before me. But I'm in your taillights! I'll stay connected throughout the day. Right now, I'm heading over to pledge NOPE. PS Last time I was here I found instructions to get the ticker in my signature but now I can't find them. Can someone help with that?
