  2. Welcome Jen! I still have episodes of romancing, but the key for me is understanding what is happening and that my mind is trying to play tricks on me. One of the things I did early on that helped me was to outline all the things I hated about smoking, and keep the list close to me all the time. For particularly tough craves/triggers I would run through the list and then picture one of my children smoking.
