I have seen you lurking. You made the right decision to quit smoking and come here for support.
In hindsight ,quitting is easier than we thought it would be, but in real time, the struggle is a real battle!
You are addicted to a drug.....period! You have to make a conscience effort to break that addiction. Nicotine is highly addictive and won't go away without a fight. The first few days are rough, educate yourself on here with past posts and videos. After a few days or weeks, you will wonder if it gets any better..... The answer is YES!.. Everyone here was a previous smoker...we all started where you are.each and every one will testify to how great life is without the addiction ruling your every move...but.... You have to jump in and commit to your quit. we are here to offer support in any way we can.... Any questions or comments, jump in and ask. The more active you are here, the better chances you have to succeed...
