Ok....suggestions ARE accepted..lol..I am sure there may be easier/better ways..I always assumed I needed to put the url in the image properties box for it to show up...I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks..lol..I am learning... If anyone else has suggestions, feel free to add to this..we want to make posting pics as easy as possible...after all..we all love pictures....right? ;)

This isnt just for Bakon, anyone who needs help with posting pics is welcome to read :) I am just going to copy and paste what I posted to Bakon in a PM...He already created a photobucket account, so that was a good start...you can post from facebook photos pretty easy also..if anyone wants to know how to do that, just let me know...here is the "tutorial" for posting from photpbucket.. If you have the photo already uploaded to photobucket, you are 1/2 way there...I also post pics from my facebook page (or pics my wife or daughters have posted).. First thing you do is at the bottom of this repy box...click on "use full editor".(this was said to Bakon because we we in private messages and a quick reply doesnt have the options needed) ok..next thing you do, is open photobucket up in a new tab...sign in and go to your library....then click on the pic you want to post... when that pic comes up...on the right hand side you will have 5 options under "links to share this photo" "left click" on the second option (Direct)..it will briefly turn yellow and display "copied" now, come back here and whatever forum you are replying to...or posting to...in the "reply box" ..at the top is a WHOLE lot of options.."font".."size"..smileys" .. "my media"..etc.....just below and slightly to the left of the smiley face is a square with something green inside it..(I think its supposed to be a picture of a tree)...click on that, and an orange and white box will pop up with "image properties" at the top (orange part) then a place to type at the bottom (white, with the word "URL" above it).... right click the text (white) box...then click "paste"..... all the info that is needed to post your pic is now there...all you need to do is click "OK and your pic should show up...

and.................................. 20!!...chicks cant count :(

Thanks everyone...I only "popped" in and out yesterday so I didnt have much opportunity to respond.. If only the "newbies" would read these...it would help them to understand, that " IT REALLY DOES GET EASIER!!" not really celebrating, but I did something yesterday I never would have done as a smoker...in the morning, me and my wife got up and took the dogs out for a walk...5 miles later we returned home...then in the afternoon, we went to visit my daughter Jenni and her girls...it was such a nice day we took them all to a place that has some nice walking paths and walked another 3/4 mile (thats all Jenni was up to)..But our weather has been perfect and it was nice to take advantage of it and breath some real fresh air! Here is a pic of a few of my favorite ladies... Its great to log in and see that you guys/gals "notice" all the milestones :)

I think I may have read it on another forum...or one of the members here had it in their sig. line, but this always stuck with me....and you just proved it to be true... "I am just 1 puff away from a pack a day habit!" you dont owe the addiction any courtesies ...just turn you back on it and walk away...no good byes ...instead, good riddance! :)

Way to go Jay...a couple days smoke free is a couple more than if you hadn't made the choice to quit.. :) but..you are right..1 day at a time! Just remember..with or without the patch, you may have bad days...you just have to .."keep your eye on the prize" :)

Was the birthday good?..well...It wasn't bad, so by default I guess it was good...lol...It was uneventful as predicted..i did get the yard mowed, but didn't make it to the golf course...being the middle of the week, the girls didn't come over ...3 or the 4 have at the least a 2 hr drive to get here.....and since my wife's birthday was Sunday (the 13th) they were all here then so mine got celebrated with hers ;) Thanks to everyone who took the time to send birthday greetings..this is a great group!!
