sorry i missed this Nancy... :( I have a good ear if you need someone to talk to... we all have our issues and it is nice sometimes to see how others may view it and get a fresh perspective on it. I am not sure if you remember, but I sent you a message (on the other forum) when you joined..i thought you could possible be my daughters neighbor...lol...you are from about the right location and her name is also Renee, and goes by Nay-Nay (turns out your not ;) )... anyhow, welcome to this forum..i am sure you will find it much more to your liking... a lot of us have :)

Hey Lady B !!..good to see you "back".. Like the other..I hope you plan to return and offer up some encouragement to some of the newbies...we all have different quits...your advice may appeal to someone and be just what was needed to help them through a tough day.. I havent read your blog, but I am sure it has had positive effects on some who have read it..... If anyone asks...send em to the train station, and we will make a special stop to get them on board! ;) again...glad to see you..dont be a stranger!

I needed to make an appointment with a chiropractor for some back pain I am having...(first time seeing a chiropractor...quite possibly the last time also)...anyhow... He was quite impressed with the fact that I had quit smoking,..and doing it cold turkey!... (just re-read this and noticed I am "doing it cold turkey"...as in present tense...still quitting...I gotta get my mindset right..I HAVE quit....I "DID it cold turkey" ;) ) I think the way he went on and on, convinced my wife a little more as to how addictive cigarettes are, and what a struggle it is to walk away from them! (she is a "never smoker") After we left the office, I may have hurt my back a little more when i realized 1/2 the way home I was patting myself on the back for a job well done...lol ..
