Just to clarify..you are looking for charities ABROAD?... Domestically, I could give a list as long as my arm, but you already know them..so I assume you are asking the islanders ( :P ) for theirs

Im not sold on Manziel ...At this point I think he is a distraction and (in my opinion)..as long as Cleveland doesnt start him...he will continue to sell jerseys and make them money....once the put him in (for more than a play or two)....i think he will prove he is nothing more than average at best, and Cleveland will be QB hunting again :( ....but...face it..it doesnt matter who calls the signals ...there is no weapons on offense.... Just wait till next years draft...after that, we will be going to the Super Bowl.. (our yearly battle cry...lol)

Im a little late Holly..but wanted to say congrats!... you know how huge it is to be hitting 3 months.... just keep swimming and before you know it, you will be looking at a cruise ship ;) BTW....how does a shark survive in the foothills of the Northwest?...lol I had to get dressed up to high five you in your environment ..... :P

ya know..this is totally by coincident... I "semi retired" last year..In November/December of last year I was off work using up my accumulated vacation and Jan1st, I officially "retired"..(only to go back to work ;) )..anyhow.. When i first took off from work, I surprised the wife with a (kinda) cruise....She has always wanted to go on a cruise and I have been reluctant... I feel the "vacation" is about the destination, not going there...and i think I would get restless spending so much time on a boat... Thats why when we went to Vegas, we fly...we get there in 4 hrs instead of 2 days driving.. so... I "kinda" compromised....I planned a trip where we will fly to Florida..stay there a couple days, get on a cruise ship cuise the Bahamas ....only.. When we get to Grand Bahama ..the first island the boat stops at...we get off and stay there for 3 days until it swings back around and picks us up for the ride back to Florida... So..it hardly classifies as a "cruise...! day on the cruise ship...the next morning get up and go ashore...then after 3 days, spend another night aboard the ship on the ride home.....but... we ARE on a ship for a little while...and get spend a few days in warmer weather than Ohio has in November... anyhow..... I dont remember exactly when I booked our cruise, but we scheduled it for Nov.1st thru the 7th of this year, because thats when it seemed everything would work the best for us (as long as all the hurricanes stay out of the area...lol)... and that was LONG before I joined this..(or the QSMB) site...and it was just recently while finalizing some plans that I realized i will literally be on the Lido Deck for the anniversary of my 1 year quit...lol (ok..maybe a couple weeks early...but...) It also coincides with our 30th wedding anniversary also...(Oct12,1984)... Sometimes things just "fall into place" ..

Thanks everyone.. No real 'celebration" planned...the wife has "mandatory" overtime (again) this week-end, so the plan is to hang out at home and get some yard work done and enjoy the great weather we are having (sunny and 75*)..how-ever.. I have a post in Social about plans I made last year that fit perfectly with my quit date.... anyhow..Thanks again...this place rocks, and I am glad to be a part of it :)

My daughter got me compendium one and two for my birthday.. i started reading them a few days ago.... I started two this morning..and..I want to finish before the start of season5.. ..not only is it Ross's anniversary...but mine also..not the "quit smoking " one, but the 30 year one....my how time goes by...

well Jenn..that was a good 1 1/2hrs before I rolled out of bed...everyday at 5....5:30...old habits are hard to break...lol -7 just starting the second compendium...gotta get it finished before the 12th of Oct.... ;)

The good dont need no rest ;) early??..you are a couple hrs BEHIND us...who isnt getting any rest?..lol -5
