I wanted to answer, but could find the right ones ... so I just guessed ;) I couldn't deny my girls.. :wub: but I would never pass up a massage from my wife...even if it was the wrong answer in a poll :P and a chance to take a road trip in the bus with Bakon...well..that trumps anything else I had to chose from :blink:

wow...oops...I mean WOW!! Was a busy day and I haven't had time to check in, till now......I admit I expected some congrats, but this is over the top ! :) I want to thank all of you . This year wouldn't have been doable without the support from my wife and you guys.(gals).. I may have missed out on my first boat ride, but this is the important one...hanging out on the Lido deck with all the VIP's of the q-train ;) I feel like a newbie all over again :P No celebration planned until the week-end..all the girls are gonna be home then. :) The wife got me a card and i get to unwrap my present when-ever I want to...(you should see how she looks dressed in a red bow ;) :wub: ) ...seriously, I get to pick something out whenever I want to .. Any newbies reading this...we can all admit the task seems a little daunting the first few days...but once you wrap your mind around what has to be done, it REALLY isnt bad...we all have a struggle now and then, and if its more than you think you can handle...well...thats what these good people here are for. I cannot believe that a year has passed by already... I cant wait to find out what the celebration for 2 years is ;) Seriously....thanks everyone..this place is great!

Hey DF...she is in South West Michigan (I suppose some of that snow is lake effect)...I know we didnt get much,because.....well...most of it went North of us..lol.. I feel for ya Cher...we didnt get nearly as much as you, but we had enough to delay school 2 days and we are getting single digit temps with sub zero wind chills....this kind of weather should not be happening until Jan.!!

How-ever..all the girls are coming home this week-end for an early thanksgiving here...with 3 of them married and inlaws living quite a ways away...we thought it would be easier on them if we had ours this week-end instead....so...for my 1 year, I will be surrounded by the ones that motivated me ;)

Is anyone watching the Hunger Games movies?.. about a year and 1/2 ago my daughetr was reading the books and got my wife interested in them....well...it wasnt long before i had all 3 read... In my opinion, the books were excellent, but the first movie was way off the mark :( If I hadnt read the books, I would have been completely lost...no details of the whole situation they are in.. I will admit, the second movie was better....even good....and the 3rd looks promising, but....its PART1...and from what I have read, PART2 isnt due out until NOV.2015!! I mean a whole year between them?.. With that said..I am sure i will watch Mockingjay within the first week or 2 of when its released..

2hr delay for schools here also this morning...actual temp 0f 10* F and a wind hill of -22* F.. They DOP say it is to be near 50* and raining by Sunday... To me thats not any better...still cold, damp and overcast :(
