Thank you @Gus. I think from reading what you said that you think I'm still not smoking. But unfortunately I am. I felt so horrible by day 3 and started again. There is no way I could have gone to school today feeling how I did. But I'm not going to stop trying. I learnt a lot about myself and I'm going to try again. I didn't use any NRTs. I think I either need to use them or have more time when I don't have to go to school. But if I do use them I don't want to use them for long. I'm still thinking about what to do and when I will do it but I am determined to quit. The help here is amazing and I know I can do it!
