  3. The humidity here in NYC has been absolutely horrible! For the past 2 weeks it feels like we are in a rainforest when outside. My husband and I fight about the air conditioning all the time, I like it very cold, he doesn't even like to have it on! I hate humidity and I do not like the heat. Give me the Autumn and I'm a happy girl.

  17. Ohh I forgot to tell you, I had a dream about a week ago that I smoked too. I took one puff in the dream and then I was so mad at myself. I kept thinking that I'm going to have to change my ticker on here because I'm not quit over a month anymore. When I woke up, I said to myself, thankfully it was just a dream....just like yours was. I hope you are doing better now Brioski!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
