You are doing great Jane!! 👍 I know it is so difficult in the beginning but the longer you stay quit, the easier it will become, I can promise you that. For example, today I had a situation and if it would have been 2 plus years ago, I would have smoked many cigarettes because I was very upset. But thankfully, it didn't get the better of me and I won't smoke because smoking won't make any situation better, in fact, it would make it worse because then we wouldn't be non smokers anymore! Just hang in there and keep coming on here. 😄
