  1. Congratulations Tracey. Great job on...well, on getting drunk and not smoking. Lol. That was amazing to see you get through that. :) Yeah, have you ridden yet Rez? (Not that kind of riding Sue!! lol) Next Spring triggers for me are fly fishing and hiking.
  2. good to hear you rode bakon....but sorry to hear about that woman smoking. some people just won't stop no matter what it does to them. LMAO @ "sometimes a baby is made"!!! No, not that kind of ride. Although, I used to smoke a lot after those kinds too...but don't anymore. lol
  3. Hi Tracey...you know, I was dreading riding again this spring. A lot of the guys I ride with smoke a lot, especially in the parking lot meeting up and during coffee breaks. Gone on 4 rides now and I still haven't had a craving to smoke. Anyway, I know how strong your quit is....so I have no doubt that you will beat any and all cravings. I firmly believe that when you stretch out that blanket and open that bottle of wine, that you'll feel even stronger in your belief that you are a non-smoker. :)
  4. Hi Beth...good to see you here. :)
  5. Happy Birthday Marcus
  6. :( Hope you feel better soon Trish.
  7. Congratulations action!! Great job on the 6 months. :)

  13. Don't smoke Tiffany. If you do, you will feel much much worse than you do now. These feelings will pass. This day will end. And things will be much better tomorrow...just not if you smoke.
  14. I think it only shows up when there are multiple pages. (I could be wrong though.)
  15. So I did it...I went ahead and bought new race boots that I didn't need....and then justified splurging by saying "it's ok, you deserve it for quitting smoking". :(
  16. -12 (where are all the guys?)
  17. The first few days are always rough. Good job Amy.
  18. That's pretty amazing you got through that mental barrier! You can do this. I have no doubt that you can.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
