I know what you mean, completely. Go easy on yourself, you don't have to save the world right now, you just have to not smoke. I found, once I wasn't smoking anymore, everything else got just a little easier to deal with. Before I always had the problem at hand, and the problem of addiction. Now it's just the problem at hand. You are doing great :)

I am glad you finally found one. He is adorable <3 Cats are so awesome. I wish my hb were not allergic. When we got married I had to give away my 2 cats, Mace and Fitzgerald. I cried all day about those cats. The tears had abs nothing to do with the wedding, I never cry at weddings. Ha.

Beacon are they good sound? On my shuffle I can turn the volume all the way up, but on my Itouch if I'm watching a show I have to pretty much be at full volume. And I do no have hearing problems (yet, we'll see after blasting music for years).

Petra is offline a lot, she's singing kumbaya around the campfire with her boy toy. Bonnie is turning into a crazy cat lady, if anyone has a cat that needs a new home, PM her and she will come pick it up.

My hope is he is just out RVing. Waving as he drives through, but hasn't got wifi yet. But dang, I am starting to worry too.

Agree I don't always think of adding either, but every one of us is here to support each other. Sometimes we kid around, and I think that is ok, but if you ever need an ear, or any kind of assistance, that is what is most important here. Helping each other. Almost at 3 weeks!! I remember a time I'd be half batty going 3 hours without smoking.

I just had a yoplait Greek honey / caramel frozen yogurt bar. 90 cals and pretty tasty. Plus 4 grams of protein.
