Well that is a tough question. I don't know if there is 100% right answer. But the important thing is that it doesn't happen again. Don't let *anything* get in the way of you being happy and healthy. Smoking takes all the away. Don't let this get in your way to freedom! This uncomfortable feeling is sooo temporary. If it lasted forever, not a one of us would stay quit. Remember that when it gets tough to keep your eyes on the prize. We are here for you!

I'm sorry I'm late! Just keep your eyes on the prize, I know it can be tough. Please remember, if it didn't get easier there is not a one of us who wouldn't have gone back to smoking. You just gotta get through the tough stuff. My life pretty much revolved around smoking for 20 years (closet smoker always in withdrawl). I think back, and am so relieved I got away from it. You will be too. Hang in there.
