  3. So I'm not much of a cook. I wanted some broccoli rice frozen thing. I said to the hb, 'what do I do?' He put it in the microwave, started the timer and walked into the other room. So then it's beeping and I ask, 'what do I do?' And he yells, all annoyed like from the other room, 'eat!' Oh.

  6. I love your attitude! What separated these quits from my previous unsuccessful one was my attitude. Once I finally got it thru my thick skull that I wasn't missing out on anything, (light bulb moment), things turned around. I am proud of you, you are handling it beautifully.

  10. 2nd day of fasting at 500 cals. This just ain't so much fun. Tilapia in oven, green beans in bamboo steamer.
  11. I had a dream like that few weeks ago. I was so disappointed in myself, but whew woke up. All was ok.

  13. I watched so many quit smoking vids on youtube and read so much when I quit. Listened to Allen Carr audible. Read Allen Carr book. Maybe overkill, but it worked.

  18. Well the one I'm doing is 500 cals on the 2 days (which add up quick!) and then "normal" on the other days. But no one really has hard and fast # that I can find for normal. So I'm going for 1100. Tomorrow I'm doing my 2nd '2' day. Sigh. That's what you get when you have a class reunion this weekend and never got around to seriously dieting for it.
