  8. I think it took awhile for her and I to warm up to each other, but she was an absolutely amazing woman. I am so very sorry to hear this.
  9. I think this is a very important post for anyone thinking about relapsing. You are right in identifying what the problem points were. But you don't have to focus on them. Keep it simple now. Remember: smoking steals your health and weath. It takes away all chances of being healthy and happy. I hate to say Alan Carr again, but his audible is fantastic for when a person feels like they're missing something.

  17. I ran for 30 min tonight but I had such bad PMS cramps I thought I was gonna throw up on the treadmill. So not a long workout.
