  2. False - I think I was too young to get it. TPBM loves Sam's Choice Dt. Dr. Thunder

  17. I'm reading this while on a stair stepper at my gym, and I just feel incredibly lucky right now. But for the grace go I...

  19. :sarcastic_blum:
  20. That was one of my biggest concerns!! How could I possibly "get through the day" without my "one escape." I am so happy to tell you that YES it does go away. I am not sure exactly when it did, it took awhile but now I almost never think of smoking in times of stress. Now I don't really have a stress reliever, don't need it, just work through the stress on move on. And it's totally ok.
  21. DD. I just found out the author of Dreg City is taking a break from writing for a while. She still has 6 & 7 to release eventually. :((. She said she works in retail and really busy this time of year. What? Amazing author like that working retail? It's bc it's an over saturated market. Anywho! Since this a Q thread, name one thing you are looking forward to this weekend, and one chore you are dreading,
  22. DD that is crazy. That poor child. The forever part was always ok for me bc if I were going day to day (NTAP today) then I'd be redoing my thought process about it everyday. And for me that is too daunting, bc it leaves that door in my mind open for variables. I just need smoking off the table altogether. Boom.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
