Welcome! My best tip would to be to read Allen Carr's "Easy Way" or listen to the audible. It was so comforting to me in the early days. Well done on a great decision :)

As of approx midnight last night they were still cig free. I am so hopeful for them. Also it's a good reminder - though the first few days are doable - they're not something I'd choose to repeat. So no relapsing anymore. I think this quit is the one that will last. So they should be past the physical withdrawal, all that's left is to squash junkie thoughts when they get them til those thoughts fade.

Right on! I have thought of Mrs. Sarge sometimes when I struggled to find my running rhythm. Like, if she can run to TX and back and still smoke why the heck can't I just go 15 more minutes. How is she doing? Easy peasy or cursing the gods?

I have been using cover girl's 'full lash bloom' lately b/c of all the hype about your lashes staying soft and not crunchy. Which they do stay soft which I quite like, but just since we were talking about this I decided to throw on a coat of 'Butter London' mascara, and definitely you get fuller eyelashes. But I do like the full lash bloom still.

Don't get an airbrush set, worst money I ever spent. Sharon, Urban Decay is my go to brand, love their eyeshadows.
