  6. I know what you mean, I felt guilty allllll the time - I quit with the gum and never mentioned it for the longest time. But let me tell you, any tools you use to quit are fine! You are in the right place, stop feeling guilty, there is no need :)

  8. Day three done. Let lifts are already much easier (yay) but the sit ups are tough.

  13. I love this last post Tiff! You are 'embracing the suck.' We all had to work to reprogram our minds bc of that doggone junkie, and sadly a puff can take us back to square one. So this totally makes sense what you are feeling right now. Just stay strong and start tomorrow morning saying to yourself, "yippee! I'm a non smoker!" I had to do that all the time at first, bc I was a wake up and head outside with the dogs and the cig kind of person. Saying that to myself helped me try and focus on the positive.
  14. Planks are the devil's work Leanna. I think the bicycle ab move is good, tough but works the right muscles. That might be a good substitute.

    Exactly,stay focused, and remember - this is all so temporary. Soon you will have kicked addiction's butt. Just gotta get through the early days. It may not be all sunshine and rainbows, but still very doable. Else none of us would be here. And a belated welcome and congrats on the great decision!

  20. Today is my day one madam. Just finished 70 minutes of stairstep (and a decent zombie book) and starting and right now.

  23. I'm starting today. Here we go.I usually do a pretty intense 10 min abs app a couple times a week, so I'm hoping changing it up will get better results.
