  1. Petra! Flip flop=
  2. Boo I just saw this. Chat was something I got a real kick out of when I first quit. Good stuff
  3. 5'3 and half :(
  4. Wow! If you can get through that, you got this! Well done. Congrats to you.
  5. Mama's Family
  6. Running up stairs is torture. I thought I'd be a wise guy and pull a Rocky, (I'm in shape, right? No.) First time in a long time I was doubled over. Can't breathe! On the plus side, I can do it now, not easy but it doesn't knock me out. You need to dress up like Rocky!
  7. Doggone late night online shopping.
  8. So I did this, shipping is a bit steep but even so, $29 for a flat iron is a really good price. We'll see if I'm a sucker, but it doesn't seem like a scam? Code fb28 for the $29 rate. http://numeproducts.com/hair-styling/hot-tools/hair-straightener/silhouette-flat-iron/?utm_source=Facebook&utm_medium=facebook.com&utm_campaign=FB28_NFD_CL8&couponcode=FB28
  9. Today I love Essi's pseudo gel top coat. At home manis now last 2 weeks instead of 1. Not a chip in site, though I'm not thinking peach is my best color. Today I love not having to wonder in which way smoking is going to kill me.
  10. Bakon seems like maybe as a child he fell through the space on the side of the trampoline where the coils are. Idk why I just thought of that. In other news, I found a nice Brit show on Netflix, 'The Detectives.' Still think 'One Day' is the best movie I've seen on there.
  11. You should believe in yourself, you CAN do this. This is one more victory under your belt. Imagine how defeated it feels to relapse-that's not for you, not anymore. Time for you to get healthy and happy. If you face a few bumps in the road that's ok!! I know I did, most of us did I think. Keep up the good work, and REALLY good on you posting.
  12. Happy birthday Marti! Hope you had a wonderful day!!
  13. I know! Never ever thought I'd say that either.
  14. Today I love all you guys. And days off. And crushed ice.
  15. Right now it seems insurmountable, but I promise it's not! You're literally fighting for your life. When I was in the early days I'd watch a ton of smoking videos on YouTube. Even ones showing this woman with a bad smoker's cough as a reminder of what I didn't want. You'll want to stay close to the board, sadly it seems that those ppl that slip away in the beginning often struggle WAY more. Here you have people who--every single one of us--has been there, and are here to help. We're here to listen whenever you feeling like posting, to help get you through. You'll find all sorts of help here, from super empathetic, to 'tough love.' But every single piece of advice you'll receive comes from people that have one goal: to help you beat this addiction. It can be tough at first but every day gets a little better. Right now sucks!! But it's *extremely* temporary and will be behind you before you know it. Hang tough. PS Cinnamon sugar free candy and gum helped me a lot. Little bit of a kick to them.
  16. I had a dream last night Greenlover and I went to the library. She was looking for a specific author, but I can't remember which. And for some reason people were vaping inside and we were trying to dodge them.
  17. I have to finish my book... http://www.amazon.com/Loving-Broken-World-Alisha-Costanzo-ebook/dp/B0134M8NUE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1441470807&sr=8-1&keywords=Loving+red
  18. Woo hoo Mr. Balls!
  19. I need to just get up. Woke at 4 and can't get back to sleep. Sposed to sleep til 530 today. Damn Yorkie. Perfect weekend: sleep for like 15 hours straight. Who's the sadist that likes mornings
  20. I heard Sonic spent the summer in Bab's basement... Authorities were finally called and bakon had to bust him out.
  21. Yay Jimmy!! That is so awesome.
  22. Love it
  23. It's nice to not be a practicing addict anymore, isn't it :) Very well done

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
