    I have tried quitting several times and failed, and I have realized I cannot do it alone. Sadly, I am a secret smoker so I don't really know how to talk to anyone about it IRL. But, reading all your posts on this forum makes me feel less lonely and gives me more confidence. Here's to the start of my quit journey
