  2. I remember being hit in the shin while splitting wood many times oh my. It is usually cold out too which helps a lot with the pain! Good for you on looking at the bright side, just another reason to quit smoking.

  4. Make sure you are eating and drinking lots of water and juice.....you are doing great, don't give up before the miracle! Day 3 was the worst day for me also.
