  2. This has a lot of very good useful information, thanks for posting it @jillar. My thinking is though, that some of this might be outdated, misunderstood or poorly written, examples below: "Nicotine causes pleasant feelings and distracts the smoker from unpleasant feelings." "The pleasant feelings wear off, and the smoker notices wanting a smoke." From what I have learned, these statements might be in error........
