  6. Imagine how much worse this would have been if you wert smoking? Everything would have been worse going through withdrawals from nicotine on top of the stress you felt. Smoking is not an option for you.
  7. Don't be subtle with your soon to be husband. That's not a question, just my advice. My wife would say to me, "I like roses." I would file this interesting fact away for future reference. What she though she was saying (and I was unable to extrapolate) was, "I like roses and you should buy me some and have them delivered to my office so the other women can see them." See how subtle the difference is?
  8. Favorite football team?
  9. And to think when we lit a cigarette, we would take our eyes completely off the road. Glad you're safe Christa.
  10. Do you find it hard to make and keep friends with that many moves?
  11. 17
  12. Do you still have kids playing hockey?
  13. You'll get through this. All the dumb crap won't kill you, it's the other people that are in danger.

  15. Do you speak with an accent? I seem to get one when you type.
  16. Congratulations to you Faye! Tell us how you are celebrating a year of freedom! You deserve it!
  17. Fantastic! Next stop freedom, congratulations!
  18. Ten months of freedom! Congratulations!
  19. Cats don't smoke! Congratulations!
  20. Seven months is fantastic! Congratulations!
  21. Congratulations! Keep going!
  22. You have to live with yourself before you can live with someone else, so work on that. You're doing great.
  23. 12 Good morning

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
