I am a 56-year old Alaskan who smoked my first cigarette when I was 8. I was hooked by age 13 and had a 1+ pack-a-day addiction by the time I was 17. I love my life-partner, my two cats, and my homeland. I am determined to make this my Forever Quit. To be honest, I still struggle at times. Recovering from 40+ years of nicotine addiction is no picnic. But quitting is the best thing I’ve ever done. Freedom is getting easier day by day, and I'm discovering beautiful gifts I did not expect along the way. NOPE = HOPE.
