  10. After 3 months my asthma has seemed to gotten worse last 2 weeks, had 2 asthma attacks. Used Ventolin twice and the second time it took an hour to work. I seem to have some couphing up stuff, not much. And my A-assistent said to use one asthma puff extra. Can this be a late cleaning crew busy in my lungs? I really have no clue other then my condition is bad, I'm far from fit. Have an appointment next week. Can anyone relate or have some not official medical awnsers? Also because I'm a wimp I cycle less and asthma attacks won't make me say 'lets enjoy cycling' LOL

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
