  3. When I was struggling around after my 3 months anniversery and I got in No Mans Lands (realised after wards) I was scared i might blow it... I never made it further then 3 months. That was a magical border, both saying you can do this / no your a failure! Take one, just one! Now I'm close to 4 months, I start to belong to seniors in QuitLands. My quit is young but compaired to newbies with 2 weeks or a month it seems huges and to me 2 years seems huges. even 4 months seems huges. Never thought I could crack this one! I'm not saying there might not be bumps on the road - but Just by pledging NOPE every morning. Educating myself and posting I came this far and with lots of motivation! Ok I'm not Markus so sorry my post isn't that great :D but I am loving to be smokefree and a non smoker! I amaze people around me, 'this far? oh now you've got it' And I do and I wouldn't want anymore else!

  5. I've had an eating disorder and my therapist fears I go into anorexic side if I start dieting or worse crash dieting. so I skip those and just change what I eat not how much...
  6. No crash diet or my therapist starts nagging I might go extreme so I'm not going to diet but change my eating habbits LOL
  7. Oh yeah they've been banned: bad bád Twix and KitKat! Think was I ate 4 sandwiches a day + dinner often pasta so I want to reduce the sandwiches to 2 and eat veggies in between, very good for your tummy. Carbs are bád too! About drinking fluids; that I already do 2 ltr. I believe if not 3 Oh and I'm not saying I'm WAY overweight, just one size And I'd like to stay in XXL pants and XL tops If I loose weight that's great but not my goal; I want to have HEALTHY lifestyle are you with me girl?! We got this! Oh walking I cannot do very well but I intent to cycle twice a week
  8. Well I start feeling unhappy. My tummy is large and I don't mean I want to get back to size M but growing outta xxl pants is annoying lol But your very kind cpk it's a combi of quit and using meds that make me hungry. And if I keep this tempo up. I DO become a whale
  9. I'm gonna turn myself into a rabbit, veggies, salads and proteins and try to avoid bread :) this belly is not charming me

      I always appreciated the energy when I've limited the carbs and up'd the greens and clean proteins. You go Girl!

  12. Miss 'Whale' decided to cut on eating bread and start eating mealsalads for dinner, veggies en fruit in between. I'm not gonna grow into a blue whale <_< I gained 7 kg and am now 69,9 kg now where I was always around 60 kg. Not feeling happy with my size atm. So this will be continued!
