The small gif my old neighbor (the drunk one from my previous town - She quit drinking!!!) send me through app... a christmas gif, brought tears to my eyes. She still has my ex kitty Lilly :) Monique's doing awesome and to be honest, the biggest gift is I am doing very good too.... lots of external threats that could have knocked me down but didn't :D I'm glad to be alive and being smokefree

You're gonna ask me 'seriously?!' I live in this shared house with others who receive home support, one of them - I'm embarresed to say - my 'ex'- boyfriend has gone completely gone mad. He threatened me, begin spring and hit my door, completely lost it, from then to now he's been agressive to an elderly lady, threatened her, another guy downstairs and yes - our pregnant home supporter. When he came after kicking the door open, callen her a c*ncerbitch and threaten her, I urgered her to walk up the stairs FIRST, realising her baby must be kept safe, rather I get a knock or a kick then her baby.... (this was yesterday) The police even came. She's taken this to the headquarter and I 'complained' again that this is getting out of hand. First I called of the christmas brunch but then I thought F*CK him, I'm not gonna stay away and let my christmas bruch be ruined (I suggested the idea) because he's a psychopath. ;) So I put my big girls panties on and told my neighbor, I'm in for the brunch :) I expect this lovely 'ex' being kicked out sooner or later, both me and the home supporter realize he's a real danger. So, all peace over here :P But hey I ain't smoking.

3 days quit. I tried coffee before the champix but realized... Neh let's use it til Friday then I'm one week quit and most withdraw is gone. I'm feeling good today Christmas party this afternoon. And Doorbel I didn't forget to start the NOPE thread lol

Hey Doorbell, girl. I'm good. Bit cranky but not too bad... Tough day a housemate threatened my house support who's pregnant so even though I pied my pants I maneuver myself in the middle so he'd not hurt her baby. Oh and my Internet and TV got screwed and fixed... My best friend Coby is tired and I'm concerned for her... Send an ecard to her... And no desire to smoke... But I'm scared to go downstairs to bump into mister aggressive. The house supporters leave the house but we're stuck with that footloop. Uhm...feel stabile, solid. Thanks hun for asking

I'm a little pissed off, BLEH to all MUST-DO things. In Dutch you call it recalcitrant... been busy last week fixing things from the pharmacy and my money-shit... I'm like 'oh, guys get your act together and fix it alright'. I feel like a record stuck, repeating the message lol ok rant done. fffew, just throwing out some frustrations can be a relieve ;)

I have no tummy problems what so ever ;) and my intentions are to just use the 0,5 mg and then quit the champix. I'm strong enough in my quit and Champix is not a med you should use lightly. I only use it now to pull through the withdraws and then continue

Yes I have damage. BUT I consider it a good thing I'm coughing right now, my voice sounds haze. The last week before I made my choice to stick with NOPE, I had often such heavy asthma attacks at night I needed to use ventolin twice after eachother :( so yes. I think I smoked 12 / 13 years up and on so as I stick with my quit my health can improve. I'm not like my mom who quit when she heard she had throat cancer, and got threaded and she quit while in fact she had lungcancer too...My dad died of lungcancer too. I realize I'm at high risk, both for emphysema and cancer and I am sooo done. I'm not doing this for the friend on the QT, to prove anything, to make a point - I'm just done. I want to be healthy and start living again :D my mental health is up and so it's time to give my lungs the air they deserve: which is oxygen rich air and no more smoking or nicotine. As I dunno wether I'm up for surgery, I know quiting now benefits if I face hip surgery. I'm glad I quit. REALLY glad. And I dunno how damaged my lungs are but contiuing would have been worse.

Is the black belt a synonime for a long quit??? Like the lido deck? :huh:
